The Behavioral Health Provider for Primary Care provides direct psychotherapy services to patients and assists in clinical functions of the department. Responsibilities include performing intakes, evaluations, and coordinating treatment with other healthcare providers.
Candidates must have a current MA LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT and a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline. Two years of experience providing therapy in individual, family, or group modalities is preferred.
The minimum starting salary for this position is $80,600 annualized

The Behavioral Health Provider for Primary Care provides direct psychotherapy services to Behavioral Health patients and assists the Behavioral Health Director in clinical functions of the department; developing and implementing policies and procedures; collecting data and developing reports; and other responsibilities as assigned.
Position is located at the Harbor Community Health Center-Hyannis, a federally qualified community health center (FQHC.) As such, most offers will not be at the top of the salary range.
