The Physical Therapist provides patient assessments, develops care plans, and delivers direct treatment. They also participate in clinical program development and supervise other staff as required.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a current state license. Two years of relevant experience, preferably in long-term care, is required.
