The OTA will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and provide therapeutic interventions across various patient settings. They will assist patients in regaining their ability to perform daily tasks and document their progress accurately.
Candidates must have an Associate's Degree from an accredited OTA program and a current state license or certification. CPR/BLS certification is required, and experience in a hospital or rehab setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in a hospital or swing bed/rehab setting is preferred but not required. New graduates with strong clinical experience in similar settings are welcome to apply.
