The Mental Health Director Licensed Psychologist provides psychological evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote mental health and well-being. The Psychologist works collaboratively with medical, nursing, and behavioral health staff to support integrated patient care.

• Impact: Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments using standardized tools. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and monitor patient treatment and progress. Document clinical assessments, interventions, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed. Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with ethical standards, professional guidelines, and HIPAA regulations. Stay current with developments in psychology and behavioral health through continuing education and training. Perform other related duties as assigned.
