Assist residents with daily living activities and maintain resident care records. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least 2 years of personal care experience or a CNA license. Candidates must demonstrate compassion and a desire to serve senior adults.
Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, well enough to give instructions, relay information, and carry on effective interchange with staff and residents.
Must be able to relate well with others and provide a non-hostile workplace as well as receive direction from peers and supervisors with a positive attitude.
