The Licensed Vocational Nurse will administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor patient vital signs and health status, and assist in updating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Responsibilities also include performing necessary nursing procedures, communicating with all stakeholders, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards.
Candidates must possess a valid and current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas and have completed an accredited vocational nursing program, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Required experience includes working in a long-term skilled nursing facility or similar setting, coupled with a strong understanding of nursing principles and healthcare regulations.
