Clinicians will conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for various urgent care conditions, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests like x-rays, labs, and EKGs. Responsibilities also involve performing typical urgent care procedures and efficiently triaging and managing patients to maintain clinic flow.
Applicants must possess either a Physician Assistant Medical/Master's degree with national certification or an RN license with NP certification and a valid state license. Required credentials include valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses, the ability to treat all ages, and obtaining BLS/ACLS certification before the first day, along with DOT Certification shortly after.

Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification. Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses. Ability to treat patients of all ages. DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to your start date. Carbon will cover the course and exam fees and provide a roadmap and resources to help you succeed. Hourly Base Rate: $56.50 - $78.50 Productivity Bonus: Up to an additional 28% Part Time Salary (minimum 2 shifts per week): $58,760 - $81,640 base (at 2 shifts per week) $64,048 - $88,988 with productivity bonus (at 2 shifts per week) Full Time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per week): $88,140 - $122,460 base (at 3 shifts per week) $104,005 - $144,503 with productivity bonus (at 3 shifts per week) Compensation offers include an hourly rate, a wRVU bonus plan, a weekend differential, and a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
