The Medical Laboratory Scientist II performs state-of-the-art laboratory specimen testing and phlebotomy for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics. The role focuses on ensuring patient safety within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in medical technology or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in an acute care facility. Certification from an approved agency such as ASCP, NCA, AMT, or CSMLS is required within 12 months of hire.
