The Clinical Aide will foster a positive and therapeutic setting by engaging clients, reinforcing expectations, and providing vital non-clinical support to keep clients engaged in treatment. Responsibilities also include shadowing staff, co-facilitating groups, acting as a communication link, and assisting with documentation and administrative tasks.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, alongside one or more years of experience in substance use or mental health treatment settings. Strong understanding of professional boundaries and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

As a Clinical Aide, you’ll provide vital non-clinical support that keeps clients engaged in treatment and helps prevent early discharges against medical advice (AMA). You’ll also act as a key connection between clients, therapists, and other providers, contributing to the overall success of each client’s recovery journey.
