The Laboratory Coordinator serves as a triage and problem solver for routine ambulatory point-of-care laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy through established metrics and developing quality monitors. This role involves performing training for team members according to CLIA standards and potentially performing laboratory testing while maintaining all necessary records.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting and the ability to meet CLIA-88 guidelines for moderate complexity testing. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology or a related science, along with knowledge of pre/post-analytical phases and laboratory safety protocols.

In addition to IU Health, laboratory testing services are provided to hospitals and physicians across the country.
SHIFT: Full-Time, Days
8:00am - 4:30pm (Flexible), Monday - Friday
Requires travel across the system to clinics as needed using personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement available.
