The Registered Nurse collaborates with a healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care, which involves attending to patients, supporting their families, and adhering to established care plans for health promotion and recovery. This role requires continuous communication with patients and the care team, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring safe and effective care delivery for patients across all age groups.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, and hold current Registered Nurse licensure in Wisconsin. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS within six months of hire, alongside meeting all necessary health requirements.
The Registered Nurse (RN) works with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This role includes caring for patients, supporting families, and following care plans to promote health and recovery. The RN communicates with patients and the care team, monitors progress, and helps ensure safe, effective care for patients of all ages.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred. Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin. BLS,ACLS,PALS certified within six (6) months of hire. Advanced certification preferred. Meets health requirements.
Graduate nursing students from an accredited 2 year or 4 year program required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced patient environment with appropriate technological support. Must be able to deal with multiple priorities in a calm manner. Requires decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Recognizes legal responsibilities and functions as specified by the Nurse Practice Act.
