Physical Therapist Per Diem

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, plan, and provide quality therapy treatments based on individual patient needs and medical necessity, adhering to professional standards. This role requires exercising independent judgment for clinical decisions and preparing all necessary documentation to support patient care.

Candidates must meet the minimum education requirements as dictated by certification and/or licensure, with 0-6 months of physical therapist experience being the minimum, though 1-2 years is preferred. A valid driver's license and current CA Licensed Physical Therapist or CA Limited Permit are required, along with American Heart Association recognized BLS certification.
