The LPN will play a direct role in saving patient lives by serving residents in a safe environment that promotes long-term recovery, partnering with leadership to maintain a therapeutic routine. Key duties include scheduling necessary appointments, maintaining updated medical records, assisting with client transport, and monitoring detoxification clients to initiate appropriate medical responses.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where employment is sought and must be comfortable working independently with the patient population when necessary. Compliance with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols is also required.
(Day Shift 7am - 7pm / Night 7p - 7a )
