The specialist will own the application journey for Medi-Cal by initiating, assisting, and managing applications, often conducting home visits, while strictly adhering to DHCS and CMS regulations. Key duties include maintaining spotless documentation in the CRM, monitoring Medicaid eligibility and recertifications, and collaborating with Finance, Enrollment, and Outreach teams.
Candidates must have 2–4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on knowledge of Medi-Cal/Medicare eligibility and recertification processes, and experience working with state/county eligibility workers. A high school diploma, a valid CA driver's license, personal transportation, and a heart for working with frail older adults are required.

As the Medi-Cal Specialist, you’ll help bring PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) to frail seniors—guiding them through new and renewal Medi-Cal/Medicare processes so they can remain safely at home, for as long as they wish.
