The Oncology Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with physicians and staff to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cancer and hematologic conditions across the care continuum. Key duties include performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, ordering/interpreting tests, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates must possess current Louisiana RN and APRN licensure, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. Experience in oncology, hematology, or internal medicine is preferred for this role.
