This Advanced Practice Provider will manage a primary caseload of critically ill infants and their families, functioning both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include planning and providing comprehensive management, as well as attending high-risk deliveries when requested.
Applicants must possess excellent written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to function effectively in an interprofessional team and as an independent provider. Specific licensure and certification requirements apply based on whether the applicant is a PNP (including DE RN/ARNP licensure, DEA, Peds NP Certification) or PA-C (including DE PA License, NCCPA certification, DEA).
