Responsibilities also include monitoring resident health and promptly reporting any changes to healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate documentation of care activities.
Candidates must be compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others, possessing strong communication and teamwork abilities. The role requires adherence to medication management protocols and regulatory standards for documentation.
