Join our Easterseals NH team as a Direct Support Associate, where you’ll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives. We are currently hiring for both our Day Program and our Residential Homes, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule.

- Schedule: Full time and part time schedules available on 1st and 2nd shifts
- What
- You’ll Do: Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time available) As a Residential Direct Support Associate, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs.
- Responsibilities include: Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events Following personalized care plans Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety What We’re Looking For We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path.

- Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required
- Compensation:
- Residential: $24 hourly, Grow with us! Advance your career through our paid DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn up to an additional $1.50/hour by completing all three levels. What’s in it for you? We offer a comprehensive benefits package for part-time, eligible employees, including: PTO begins accruing on your first day! Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines. 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%
