The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for performing essential dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and applying fluoride and sealants. Key duties also involve disease detection through screenings, patient education on oral hygiene, and accurate charting of medical and dental histories.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to adhere to established policies, and maintain a professional, positive attitude. Required qualifications include an Associate’s degree from an accredited dental hygiene program and a valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Connecticut.

Currently, we are looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our family. Candidate should have a strong work-ethic and be a team player. Recent graduates are welcomed!
Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, application of fluoride and sealants Detect disease by completing oral cancer screening; feeling and visually examining gums, using probes to locate periodontal disease and to assess levels of recession Selection of materials and equipment for dental hygiene visit by evaluating patient’s oral health Educate patients by giving oral hygiene and plaque control instructions and postoperative instructions Document dental hygiene services by recording vital signs, medical and dental histories, and charting in patient charts Sterilization of equipment Take x-rays as necessary and as recommended by the ADA
