• This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Sun Valley and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages Current license issued by the state board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted. Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy as a Registered Occupational Therapist Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Reliable personal transportation Smartphone Speak Chinese About FeldCare Connects Finding care for homebound patients is an industry-wide challenge.
