The primary duties involve assisting physicians during endoscopic procedures and ensuring comprehensive patient care and safety throughout the process. This includes preparing and maintaining procedure rooms and equipment, as well as collaborating with registered nurses and other team members.
Candidates must possess BLS certification and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills for this role. Previous experience in a GI/endoscopy or outpatient surgical setting is considered a plus but is not a mandatory requirement.
