The Qualified Mental Health Professional will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based behavioral health services. They will also supervise and mentor other staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy, along with 1,000+ hours of clinical experience. IM+CANS certification is preferred, and candidates must pass pre-employment background checks.

Position Description – What the Role Entails: The QMHP will work in a learning environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on providing mental health therapy, counseling, integrated dual diagnosis treatment, case management and referrals. Their team work collaboratively to address the holistic needs of our clients, including crisis management, substance use, medication management, physical health, mental health, accessing benefits and entitlements, case management and other supportive services, either internally or through referrals to community partners.
