The Psychologist provides clinical services to patients, couples, and families in Outpatient Behavioral Health, conducting intake interviews, contributing diagnostic information, and participating in interdisciplinary treatment plan development. Responsibilities also include conducting psychological testing, providing age-appropriate treatment, and managing necessary documentation for reimbursement.
Candidates must possess doctorate-level knowledge of developmental stages, personality structure, mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and psychological testing methods. Required experience includes providing treatment in outpatient mental health settings, and a Doctor of Psychology degree along with a Licensed Psychologist certification in Massachusetts is mandatory.
