Current CNA license in Texas is preferred along with a minimum of 6 months of caregiving or CNA experience. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
Description Overture Home Care provides professional, RN-delegated home care to seniors and individuals who value comfort, dignity, and independence. We are seeking skilled and compassionate Caregivers or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Fort Worth team and deliver exceptional in-home care. We are also seeking employee's with valid transportation, a driver's license, and auto insurance that will be able to drive our clients to an from appointments and errands.
As an Overture employee, you will provide hands-on personal care and supportive services under RN delegation. This position is ideal for Caregivers and CNAs who are dependable, professional, and passionate about enhancing the quality of life for clients in their homes.
Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing Support mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed Work with patients of all types, including Alzheimer's / Dementia patient's, stroke patients, and hospice patients Monitor and report client condition changes to the office or case manager Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed Offer companionship and promote a safe, comfortable home environment Why Work With Us Competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour + $2.00 shift differentials on weekends Flexible scheduling – full-time and part-time shifts available Weekly pay with direct deposit Paid orientation and continuing education opportunities Supportive team and strong company values
