The Surgical Technician will anticipate the surgeon's needs, provide patient and operating room preparation, and handle specimens while maintaining a sterile field. This role is crucial in ensuring patient safety and supporting the surgical team.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and complete an approved Surgical Technology program. Certification is preferred, along with Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
