The Behavioral Health Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and revising the Person Centered Plan in collaboration with the healthcare team. Key duties include facilitating relationships, providing supportive counseling, supporting skill-building activities, and participating in a 24/7 first responder on-call system.
Candidates must meet specific education and experience criteria to qualify as an Associate Professional, which generally requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human service field combined with relevant post-degree experience working with the supported population. A valid driver's license and successful completion of pre-employment screening are also mandatory.
