The Clinical Coordinator implements the START model for proactive crisis prevention and intervention, collaborating with cross-system teams to develop crisis plans and conduct clinical assessments. Responsibilities also include providing psychoeducation, supporting individuals with I/DD and behavioral needs in community settings, and participating in team learning and on-call coverage.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) and hold or be eligible for Qualified Professional (QP) status, preferably with a license. Required experience includes working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses, especially those with significant behavioral needs, and at least one year working with children and adolescents.
