Caregivers provide essential personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home by assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Responsibilities also include helping with mobility, documenting client conditions, ensuring a safe environment, and participating in enjoyable client activities.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally have six months of experience in a healthcare role, along with current CPR certification. A valid New Mexico driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are mandatory.
