Essential functions include performing rapid and comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing emergency care plans, and delivering timely and effective interventions for patients. The role also requires evaluating patient responses, adjusting care, facilitating communication, and demonstrating clinical competence in emergency nursing while managing multiple patients.
require an Associate degree in nursing and current Iowa RN license or compact state licensure, along with American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
