Overview Assistant Residence Director Seven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation Pay: $22.50/hr with an additional $1/hr for active MAP certification Are you ready to take the next step in residential care leadership?
Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a dedicated Assistant Residence Director to support the day-to-day operations of our residential programs and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities.
This role provides hands-on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management.
As an Assistant Residence Director, you’ll work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered support while promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth for the individuals we serve.
