Description Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Virginia. CPR Certification Completed TB Test Valid Driver’s License and Social Security/Birth Certificate At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health, residential, or long-term care Preferred Experience: Care for pediatric, geriatric, or special needs clients (e.g., tracheostomy, ventilator care).
