The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health care, supporting clients in directing their own health care experiences through assessment, intervention, education, and resource linkage. Duties include using age-appropriate skills, promoting multi-disciplinary, patient-centered care, and maintaining thorough knowledge of community resources and relevant laws.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold a current unrestricted license in the state of practice (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT), along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a required National Provider Identifier (NPI) before starting. Required experience includes one year in a mental health setting plus three to five years in a related environment like an FQHC or clinic.
