The Physical Therapist will join a therapy team to provide comprehensive health services rooted in core values, with opportunities available for Clinic Manager or Rehab Manager roles. This position involves working across multiple care settings including Hospital Inpatient, Outpatient, and Skilled Nursing environments.
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and must possess, or be eligible for, a Physical Therapist license in Minnesota. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Clinic Manager/Rehab Manager opportunity available with this position! Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: CHI St. Francis Position type: Full-time, benefited, 0.80-1.0 FTE Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 32-40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
