The Medical Technologist will follow standardized procedures to prepare samples for testing, collect and analyze bodily fluids for abnormalities, and study blood samples used in transfusions. They will also operate laboratory equipment, analyze test results for accuracy and critical limits, and report findings according to organizational standards.
Applicants must possess either an ASCP, AMT, or North Carolina State License to qualify for this role. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and the role involves performing automated tests and quality assurance work.
