The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide direct care to residents according to individualized plans, assisting with all activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, and hygiene. Responsibilities also include accurately documenting care provided and collaborating with the nursing team to observe and report changes in resident conditions.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed a PA state-approved CNA training program, maintaining active listing on the PA Nurse Aide Registry. A minimum of two years of experience providing personal care, preferably in a long-term care setting, is required.
