The Clinical Therapist will conduct diagnostic assessments, create person-centered treatment plans, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy for diverse clients dealing with issues like substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Essential duties also include continually assessing client situations, providing ongoing treatments, and preparing discharge summaries.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred) and be licensed in Pennsylvania (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT). A minimum of two years of direct-care clinical services experience with mentally ill individuals is required, along with the ability to follow instructions, communicate calmly under stress, and multitask.
