Psychiatrist on Call

The Psychiatrist is accountable for assigned patients, promoting professional psychiatric practice in the inpatient unit, and providing admission orders and evaluations. Responsibilities also include offering integrative care such as medication consultation, dietary changes, and coordinating with other providers for continuity of care.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited MD program and have completed an Adult or Child Psychiatry Residency from an accredited institution. A minimum of two years of prior relevant psychiatric experience is required, with experience treating adults, children, and adolescents being strongly preferred.
