Provide holistic, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department while utilizing the nursing process and relationship-based care. Mentor new hires and students while participating in shared governance and quality improvement initiatives.
Requires a minimum of 4 years of RN experience, a current RN license, and CPR certification. BSN is preferred, and advanced certifications like ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale are required within specific timeframes of hire.
