Position Summary

Blackbird Health is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in New Jersey. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults, and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 clinical hours + 3 non-clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid Minimum 17 clinical hours 3 non-clinical hours Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential—a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $72,500 for part-time schedule (20 hours/week) Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours, 3 non-clinical hours per week Minimum 10 hours during core hours (afternoons & evenings ET weekdays and/or weekends) Administrative hours completed remotely Additional Earnings: Earn $100 per clinical hour for additional patients beyond your base caseload Flexibility to increase income based on your availability and interest Additional hours can be conducted virtually

• The basics you'll need: Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program PMHNP-BC certification At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure Active New Jersey PMHNP/APRN license DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet

Salary Range
