The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include building therapeutic relationships with patients and families, monitoring progress, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program and PMHNP-BC certification, along with at least one year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure. Required credentials include an active New Jersey PMHNP/APRN license, DEA license, State Prescriptive Authority, and personal equipment for remote work.

W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 clinical hours + 3 non-clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid Minimum 17 clinical hours 3 non-clinical hours Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential—a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $72,500 for part-time schedule (20 hours/week) Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours, 3 non-clinical hours per week Minimum 10 hours during core hours (afternoons & evenings ET weekdays and/or weekends) Administrative hours completed remotely Additional Earnings: Earn $100 per clinical hour for additional patients beyond your base caseload Flexibility to increase income based on your availability and interest Additional hours can be conducted virtually
