The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver therapy to restore physical abilities. They are also responsible for training patients and caregivers on skills necessary to promote independence and productivity.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Additionally, they must possess initial registration from the NBCOT and a valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
