The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy and therapeutic modalities, and track patient progress. They must also collaborate with the team, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program, holding at least a Master's degree (DPT preferred), and possess an active or license-eligible Physical Therapist license in Arizona. Strong skills in communication, clinical reasoning, and time management are essential for this role.
