This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with various Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) conditions in an outpatient clinic, potentially including inpatient consults and procedural support. Key duties include performing office-based procedures, ordering diagnostic studies, assisting physicians in surgical care, and providing comprehensive patient education.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold current certification and an active state license/DEA registration. Previous experience in Otolaryngology or a surgical subspecialty is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong clinical assessment, procedural, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills. Working Conditions: Primarily outpatient clinic setting; inpatient or surgical coverage may be required. Standard clinic hours with potential call or extended hours based on practice needs. Collaborative, team-based work environment. Must maintain state certification and/or licensure.
