The Orthopedic Surgeon will join an established, growing, community-based practice, providing surgical services within a physician-led healthcare organization and maintaining hospital privileges at a community hospital. Responsibilities include utilizing a built-in referral network and sharing call coverage while collaborating with a regional orthopedic service line and trauma team.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and have completed an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency program. Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery is required, along with eligibility for an unrestricted North Carolina medical license.
