Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, and coordination with specialists. This includes performing office-based procedures, patient education, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school, completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency, and board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine. Must be able to obtain and maintain unrestricted state medical licensure and DEA registration.

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a clinic-based setting Deliver preventive care including health maintenance exams, screenings, and immunizations Manage chronic disease conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, hyperlipidemia, and cardiovascular disease Perform office-based procedures consistent with training and privileges Provide patient education regarding disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services Review and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Participate in quality improvement, population health, and patient safety initiatives Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical staff as applicable Comply with all regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards
