Occupational Therapists will develop meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories and utilizing clinical skills daily to promote physical and psychosocial well-being. They will lead efforts to exceed resident needs through teamwork and collaboration with nursing and facility teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Candidates must possess a current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Indiana and demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document resident condition changes. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence, along with adherence to C.A.R.E. values, is required.
