The Registered Veterinary Technician will be responsible for safe and effective patient handling, monitoring surgical patients during induction, monitoring, and recovery, and obtaining necessary diagnostics like radiographs and performing in-house lab work. They must also provide professional and compassionate communication with clients and staff while maintaining succinct documentation of patient records.
Candidates must possess at least one year of veterinary clinical experience and demonstrate excellent client communication and education skills. Key duties include patient restraint, knowledge of preventative care, surgical support, diagnostics collection, and record keeping.
