This role involves providing direct service, personal support, and supportive counseling to adults with mental illness in a residential setting, utilizing daily living tasks as treatment components. Responsibilities also include medication administration, maintaining facility organization, and contributing to milieu management.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and the candidate must become certified as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) within one year. Candidates must also pass various background checks, a physical exam, and possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Part-time, 20 hours per week Willingness to have availability on weekends/holidays is required.
