The Residential Crisis Worker provides direct care and support to adults in a crisis stabilization unit, including facilitating group activities and assisting with treatment plan goals. They are also responsible for medication administration, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring a safe, home-like environment for clients.
Candidates must have an Associate degree or equivalent, or a High School Diploma with related experience. Applicants must be able to obtain MHRT-1 and CRMA certifications within six months of hire and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
