The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs and design personalized treatment plans to restore essential life skills for individuals recovering from various challenging medical conditions. This role also involves providing clinical supervision to therapy assistants and aides, and potentially mentoring students.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and possess current Occupational Therapist licensure or an Occupational Limited Permit, along with Basic Life Support certification. A minimum of two years of recent relevant experience is required, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
In this per diem role, you’ll assess patient needs and design personalized treatment plans that restore essential life skills—from self-care and mobility to vocational and homemaking abilities. Through compassionate care, skilled observation, and clear communication, you’ll build trust with patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals.
You’ll ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Additionally, you’ll provide clinical supervision to therapy assistants and aides, and may serve as a mentor to students during clinical rotations.

Graduate of accredited occupational therapy program.

2 years of recent relevant experience.

Must be able to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements.
Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies.
Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities.
Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.
