The Physician (MD) will provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services, focusing on chronic disease management through individual interventions and ongoing patient education. Key duties include prescribing appropriate treatments and providing virtual care when clinically appropriate while adhering to all medical laws and HIPAA standards.
Candidates must possess an MD degree from an accredited United States Medical School and have completed a residency program in the United States. Required qualifications include a current state medical license, Board Certification (or eligibility with commitment to certify), and a DEA registration for prescribing.
